Pazhanganad—the land of fruits—is an extremely
beautiful village consisting of more than twenty
small charming isles. It happens to be the meeting
place of the erstwhile Travancore and Kochi
kingdoms. It is also a famous agricultural centre
where boats and canoes come and go frequently. Once
almost completely inhabited by Syrian Christians,
Pazhanganad is now home to people of all
