The congregation was formed into 2 provinces in 1987 namely Sacred Heart Province of North India and St.Joseph Province of south India. In 2005 The Sacred heart province further formed into 3 provinces, Maharshtra, having provincialate in Nagpur, Mp, U.P Chathisgrah with Bhopal provincialate and Andhra with Warangal provincialate.

St.JosephProvinceis on process of having 3 regions for the next 3 years.
